Refunds & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at contact@tb4a.com and we will be happy to assist you. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for either a full refund or an exchange for a different size or item. All refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used at checkout. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
International Orders
For orders placed outside of the United States, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. TB4A is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred during the return shipping process.
Please allow additional time for processing international returns and exchanges, as shipping and customs clearance times may vary by country. Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original form of payment once the item has been received and inspected by our team.
